An entrepreneur, Sean Baggett is president and founder of Academia Resource Compliance and Consulting Services (ARCS). In his leadership capacity, he helps charter schools with issues related to the compliance, coordination, and the quality of their special education departments. Before setting out on his own, Sean Baggett honed his teaching skills as adjunct instructor with California State University, Sacramento, where he taught Special Education Leadership and Policy Studies, a graduate-level class. His professional background also includes tenures as a special education teacher with the San Diego County Office of Education and as director of special education and English language learners at SEA Charter Schools.
In preparation for his career, Sean Baggett enrolled at National University, where he earned master’s degrees in both education and educational administration and supervision. Later, he earned his resource specialist program teaching certificate from the University of California, San Diego. As an undergraduate, Mr. Baggett studied social sciences at California State University, Stanislaus.
